by J. Q. Rose (Author)

Pastor Christine Hobbs has been in the pulpit business for over five years. She never imagined herself caring for a flock that includes a pig, a kangaroo, and a murderer.
Detective Cole Stephens doesn't want the pretty pastor to get away with murdering the church music director. His investigative methods infuriate Christine as much as his deep brown eyes attract her.
Can they find the real killer and build a loving relationship based on trust?

"I have read J.Q. Rose's books before and this is another good one. The author has that uncanny knack of putting together a serious situation with a touch of humor." Sue Pernz
"I loved this book. In fact I love J.Q. Rose's writing. This mystery is funny, edgy, page turning and well-worth reading. The book is well-written, the characters are well-developed and the story will keep you turning those pages - while at the same time giving you some good laughs. I'm a mystery lover, but because I'm a publisher Amazon won't allow me to review as a reader, but I'm delighted to share my thoughts on one of the best pure fun, clean mysteries I've read in a long time."
