Author Biography
Y. Donald Hwong is an Ordained Teacher of Heart Chan in California. He has dedicated himself to the teachings of Heart Chan for seventeen years. There are now about ten teachers from Heart Chan teaching in corporations, public libraries, community centers, universities, private homes and Chan Centers. Together they compiled, translated and edited the teachings of Grand Chan Master Teacher Wujue Miaotian from Chinese into English. This is the first book teaching the unique, fundamental and powerful practice of Heart Chan Meditation. Heart Chan is a nonprofit educational corporation dedicates itself to introduce a set of unique yet proven guidelines of living to the general public since 2002 in the USA. This way of living will guarantee a life filled with health, happiness, and harmony because this is a way of living practiced and witnessed by millions of Chinese for 2,500 years. Chan is to live in harmony with the universe. It is the ultimate way to be healthy and thus to be happy.
