Author Biography

Jesús Celaya has a law degree from the Faculty of Law of the National Autonomous University of Mexico (UNAM), a masters in Criminal Sciences from the National Legal Development and a Doctorate in Law from the Institute of legal development. Karen Morales has a degree in Law from Insurgentes University, is an expert in forensic graphology from the National Institute of Legal Development (INADEJ) and an expert in Documents questioned by the National Institute of Legal Development (INADEJ).
