Sujit Choudhry is an associate professor in the Faculty of Law and the Department of Political Science at the University of Toronto. Jean-François Gaudreault-Desbiens is an associate professor in the Faculty of Law at the University of Toronto. Lorne Sossin is Dean of Osgoode Hall Law School at York University.
