Roads, bridges, power networks, and other infrastructure assets are central to people's daily lives and economic opportunity: how such assets are planned, operated, and financed will shape resilience in the region. This publication takes a holistic view of practices that affect infrastructure resilience, including risk assessment, investment appraisal, and operation and maintenance across the life cycle of an infrastructure asset.
