Tracy Hays suffered a Traumatic Brain Injury from a hit-and-run accident while training for a Half Ironman triathlon in 2014. This is his story of recovery and how he learned to see God in the day-to-day.
Although Tracy has ongoing issues from the Traumatic Brain Injury, he still enjoys backpacking, participating in triathlons, and staying active. Having survived a near-fatal accident, Tracy understands that tomorrow is not a guarantee and he lives his life loving God, loving those around him and enjoying the moment.
Tracy Hays is a retired Certified Public Accountant and financial advisor. He is the co-author of When God We Trust and Avoiding the Top Ten Money Mistakes. As a financial coach and public speaker, Tracy practically applies biblical insights to daily living. He is married to Elaine and lives in Amarillo, Texas. They have four children, a son-in-law, a daughter-in-law and four grandchildren.
