Robert J. Kiltz, MD, is a renowned fertility specialist dedicated to helping individuals and couples build families. After adopting a high-fat, low-carbohydrate lifestyle to improve his own health, he observed its powerful impact on his patients' fertility. This led him to further explore and advocate for keto and carnivore approaches as tools for optimizing reproductive health. At age 61, he fully embraced the carnivore lifestyle and continues to champion its benefits today.
Austin Cavelli is a physician assistant and dietary consultant who has successfully used the carnivore diet to help people reduce inflammation, get lean, and improve their health. She holds a master's in medical sciences from Cornell University, and she takes a food-quality and bio-individuality approach to helping people.
