Efflux - Paperback

by David Theiss (Author)

The sky burst into flames one night and kept burning for nearly a week. Anyone caught cursed was turned to ash, and the sanity of the survivors has been leaking out ever since. For lack of an explanation it has been heralded by the world as a New Age of Understanding. The Resonance.

What happens when identity becomes fluid? When memories drift between minds at the drop of a hat and the infrastructure that kept society ticking along becomes derelict with disuse and everything you thought you knew about who you were is no longer an absolute?

Searching for what he lost on the night the world ended is all that has kept Siridean Archer going and it's only a matter of time until the New Commission finds a way to quell the disharmony he is causing with all his questions.
