Carlos Oliveira es licenciado en Administración de Empresas por la Universidad Complutense y MBA por el IESE. Tiene más de veinticinco años de experiencia directiva en empresas multinacionales de primer nivel como Johnson & Johnson, Kellogg's y EVO Banco. En paralelo a su carrera directiva, se certificó como coach co-activo hace más de 10 años. Desde entonces ha trabajado con más de 500 directivos y empresarios, tanto a nivel nacional como internacional. Ha desarrollado eficaces metodologías que ayudan a las personas a definir su propósito vital y su carrera profesional, a alcanzar la independencia económica y a crear un legado.
