Eight year old girl Emma Kimura just moved to Las Vegas with her family from Toronto, Canada. It's the beginning of the summer and she's lonely, homesick and bored. One day her dad signs her up for ice hockey with an all girls team called the Las Vegas Queens. Thanks to her new activity, she meets new friends, faces new challenges and learns about fighting through struggles.
