Author Biography

Born and raised in Germany, I started my journey as a coach because I wanted to change the world. It didn't feel right how people didn't appreciate and accept human uniqueness. I had a degree in Economics, but left the corporate world to change the world. And, it bothered me greatly that everyone was focused on fixing their own weaknesses instead of honoring the areas of excellence. I added one coaching tool to the next-yet was still looking for something special to convince my clients why it makes so much more sense to look for the beauty in themselves, instead of fighting to be someone else. During this time, I connected the dots and became aware of how deeply connected our own happiness is to resilience of feeling stressed and experiencing a burnout. In 2013, my journey brought me to the United States of America. Here is where I found what I was missing-the glue to connect all the pieces I had collected over the years. I found the language to explain the human uniqueness that I recognized was in each and every one of us -Clifton Strengths(R). I became a Gallup-Certified Clifton Strengths(R) Coach. Clifton Strengths(R) became the foundation of the work I was doing with corporate business as well as individuals. Strengths-based stress and burnout prevention. Understand who you are, create your unique comfort zone built from your unique combination of talents and align your life and your goals.
