Deborah Lugo DeMatteis, Personal Chef, is a native New Yorker, who cooks with love, passion, her heart and soul, and it all comes through in the taste, and presentation of her food. Coming from a large Italian family, and surrounded by inspiration, she learned how to master cooking from those she considers to be some of the best home cooks. After 33 years of working in the financial industry, Deborah listened to her intuitive inner voice, and has pursued her life passion, and dream. Her vast business knowledge, wisdom, along with her level of confidence, and comfort in the kitchen, and her creative ideas are all possessions she is eagerly willing to share. She works with her clients to ensure their intimate dinner parties, in-home meals, and private or group cooking lessons are what they ultimately envision them to be. Now, in her second cookbook she continues to share some of her Italian and Puerto Rican family traditional holiday recipes, and takes you on the journey of her most cherished memories from her Italian-American and Puerto Rican heritage.
