This collection of poems is growth. We tend to glamorize the healing process as a process that is pretty and something that comes easy. Although a huge part of this process is morbid and violent. One can be confronted with all of their shadow aspects and things that are painful to them. This collection of poems explores the gritty and dark side of the healing process. It is a road to self discovery and acceptance through brutal honesty, raw intentions, and desires. A trip in the subconscious mind of someone in the middle of the process called healing.
