Joyce Ainsworth is the First place 4 health Regional Team Leader for the Southern United States and she is the Networking Leader for Mississippi and Alabama. She is a dedicated wife to husband Glenn and mother to their five children (now grown) and six grandchildren. Joyce has a powerful testimony since losing 192 pounds as well as maintaining a healthy lifestyle. This successful business-owner-turned-writer has been inspired to write and share her experiences, offer insight, and help others find hope, help and healing. Is "Life Change" really possible? Joyce says: "Yes, it is! Regardless of where you are or where you have been! Joyce is the author of Food, Freedom and Finish Lines! And a new cookbook Simply Healthy Recipes Food for the Body and Soul. She speaks at seminars, host book signings and cooking demonstrations, speaks at many different types of conferences including ladies ministry events, and other events throughout the country as well as teaches classes in Brandon, Mississippi. Joyce is also a member of the AWSA (Advanced Writers and Speakers Association) and has earned her Certification as a Specialist in Fitness Nutrition from the International Sports Sciences Association.
