As I wrote Freefalling, A Novel of Senior Romance I ran away to the North Shore of Minnesota for inspiration. The sounds of Lake Superior lulled me into a trance where characters could easily inhabit my mind. Leaving the intense writing sessions, I'd hike nearby mountain trails. Those views and sounds found their way into the story.

Charlotte, the lead character of Freefalling, a Novel of Senior Romance, suffered losses as she pursued love. Those moments brought her wisdom. Others brought joy. She learned from both.
