Matt Pearson steps in when his young friend and neighbor refuses to be recruited as a drug runner for a local gang and they won't stop. Matt can't ignore it. A confrontation escalates into aggression placing a target on his back. When they murder someone close to Matt, they ignite a war. Assisted by his ex-military buddy Paul the gang is disrupted.
