by Sheri Rosen (Author)

If only so many moments in my workday weren't so confusing, uncertain, or stressful. How about a clearer path to reaching goals? Or a few more encouraging coworkers? Can someone just explain to me what's going on? Everyone's different yet everyone's facing similar job pressures. Give Voice guides communication leaders as they move employees to a shared understanding of the operation, individual meaning in the work they do, and the route to achieve goals. It takes three things: creating an environment for intentional conversation, purposefully embedding excellent communication in operational processes, and recognizing the true strength of internal media. Yes, it will lead to difficult and sometimes job-changing discussions. That's not only excellent communication; it's excellent management. But who is actually responsible for making it happen? Discover your role, and take advantage of the case studies and work sheets.
