Leaders can't self-appoint or anoint; that only comes from peers and followers.
A compilation of a life lived in rural America and a 30+ year military career, Dave Nordel encapsulates the lessons of those times that shaped him into becoming a leader and mentor. The intimate stories are Dave's way to give back, just as those people and experiences gave to him.
Giving Back! demonstrates lessons of how to effectively navigate in life, family, and friendships, with real-life learning, including:
- How to trust your instincts
- Where to look for opportunities
- Preparing for change
- Why listening is important
- Recognizing the value in others
Designed to inspire introspection and encourage reflection to similar situations in your life,
Giving Back! will leave you with a few treasures to apply to your life, love, and leadership journeys.
