Alan Weiss-- author, international consultant, and high-demandkeynote speaker-- is the founder and president of Summit ConsultingGroup. His clients have included Hewlett-Packard, State StreetCorp., Fleet Bank, Coldwell Banker, Merrill Lynch, American PressInstitute, Chase, Mercedes-Benz, GE, and American Institute ofArchitects.
