by Raj Aseervatham (Author)
Here are ten lessons on how to grow a consulting firm successfully, to an enterprise of size and value, and how to sell it as a capital asset. Written conversationally and with humour, this book guides you like a mentor would. If you are an entrepreneur and you have valuable skills or knowledge, you can become a consultant. You can earn six- and seven- figure incomes by providing the skills, knowledge or value created by these, to clients. You can go further. You can create an enterprise, a consulting firm comprising staff, intellectual property and systems, whose value transcends your own personal brand and far exceeds what you can earn by yourself. You can create a firm that you can sell to other companies, leaving behind a profitable legacy while you move on to your next challenge. You can create this step-change in your professional and personal life in just a few years. This book draws from the author's experience, and the insights and experiences of over a dozen other successful consulting entrepreneurs, to provide you with a roadmap of how you can do this.
