My goal is to reach you. Throughout this book I have kept my writings as raw and as uncensored as possible because in this way, they are most relatable. I want you to be able to see yourself through my passages and hopefully, in some way, use them as tools to assist in your own growth. Take what you need, leave what you don't. I'd like to emphasize that growth is not linear; it is messy, it is continuous, and there is a lot of retrograde- this is demonstrated through my passages. The act of letting go is not a one time feat. Be patient with yourselves.
