Author Biography

Carolyn has being studying herbs since the early '70s. She is a massage therapist and family herbalist. Her and her husband own Dogwood Gardens Organic Farm where they raise bees and wheatgrass. She teaches her herb remedy workshops where she teaches her students to make herbal remedies using beeswax, herbs, propolis and honey here on the farm. This is a hands on class where each student makes and takes home their herb remedy and leaves with written instructions so they can continue to make them at home.
