Hirotaka Kisaragi is a manga creator mostly known for his shoujo and BL series, including Hanger, Shi ni Tagari no Shishi - Yamakawa Ookura Bakumatsu Ibun, and Seiyuu Ichinensei. He is also a member of the doujin circle Kemono no Hanashi.
