In response, this work advocates for the identification and establishment of a comprehensive framework for understanding the experiences and processes of healing from sexual trauma specifically tailored to underrepresented groups. By doing so, the study aims to contribute to the addressing and healing of the mental and physical health issues faced by survivors within these communities.
