This book is broken into very short sectors- remembrances of the journey I had through life. It is a memoir that takes readers through childhood with family, harsh realities of addiction, and a brief pause in specific memories to discuss signs of abuse (I was not able to share that portion of my story). It introduces a business, Heed Hydrosols and the fragrance of the freedom from the obstacles faced.
