Jean Bright started out in the aviation industry working for TWA then Delta Airlines. She has also worked as a corporate travel consultant for travel companies like AAA travel and Carnival Cruise Lines. Working as a corporate trainer and supervisor she interviewed many candidates for employment. She found many applications did not have a clue how to handle interview questions. The workbook is to give you hands on practice selling your self in an interview using the STAR method.
