Author Biography

Robert Scott is a lawyer and an author whose books can be found on his author page at www.amazon.com/author/scottro. A graduate of Kenyon College, Magna Cum Laude, and a member of Phi Beta Kappa with honors majors in political science and economics. He is also a graduate of Duke University School of Law, JD where he was a member of the law review and the honorary fraternity Order of the Coif. Retired from active law practice he devotes himself to his scholarly and charitable activities including his interest in underwater archaeology that is the subject of this book.
