Author Biography
Tara Decoda is a writer and poet born in Kingston, Jamaica and raised in the Bronx, NY. She started writing short stories as a child, and maintained a fashion and beauty blog in her late teens, as well as writing for other websites. After taking a hiatus from writing to work as a hair stylist and beauty entrepreneur for 6 years, she returned to her roots of writing and storytelling with how to float.
