by Geneva Musau Phd (Author)

The HR profession has come of age and all the questioning about the value HR brings to the Strategy Table is in the past. The main question in organizations today is rather "Do we have the right Leader in the HR function"? HR Professionals have rapidly upskilled their Technical competencies but there is an evident gap in the Soft Skills arena. This book explores the core HR soft skills and provides a guide for professional development. Value creation and addition, or the lack thereof, boils down to the mastery of soft skills. This is the real "deal breaker" for the HR Leader!
