Adoption is a loving, selfless act and this book's aim is to explain the concept of adoption in a simple, honest and positive way. There is also the aim to educate kids at an early age about different family types and structures (i.e., single parents, blended families, etc.) in a way that is accessible for all readers to understand and relate to.
Our goal is that, at an early age, kids will start to expect more than they know, as well as give kids a chance to see their own family structure, even if they may not fit in the mold of what is considered a traditional family.
