Insights: Poetry - Paperback

This book is a collection of poetry based on insights that have come to me over the course of a lifetime. It is divided in seven sections based around themes that recurred in my writing throughout the years. Poems around meditations on Sunrises, Nature, Getting Older, Special friends, Parkinson's, Visions, cropped up as well as other miscellaneous poems that span from loving to music to whimsy to pain. It's wonderful to be able to share this with you, I hope that in reading this you find some solace and get a taste of my life and the times I've lived through.
