Author Biography

Dennis Cleasby was born in Nebraska in 1951 and now lives on Long Island, New York with his wife Diana. As a teenager he moved from Southern California to Pakistan and thus began a life long love of diverse cultures and travel. In his adolescence he expressed aptitude in art, music, and photography. He cultivated these skills into adulthood, lived a nearly impoverished life while pursuing his talents, but eventually graduated with two Masters Degrees; a Master of Fine Arts, and a Masters of Science in Educational Technologies. His list of awards and honors is distinguished. He has performed his original songs on guitar in various venues from radio to TV. Included in his accomplishments are three self produced musical albums, a membership in ASCAP, and a profession as an educator. He has been a fervent journal writer since his first youthful travels and now ventured into the world of literature whereby his personal writings are accompanied by artworks and photographs of his world travels.
