Intimates is a collection of poetry written over a 6 year time frame detailing the journey of healing while struggling with depression. Themes of sadness, death, self-worth, love, hope and everything in between can be found in intimates. The book is divided into three chapters. Using the metaphor of a grayscale, intimates categorizes the poems by either being black, gray or white to distinguish the tone each poem represents on the healing journey.
