Introduction to Business - Paperback

A business is a person or group of persons properly organized, who produce or distribute goods and services with a view of profit". The view here is that business is an organized (or formal) set up with formal structures in place (i.e. properly organized). You will agree with me that this is not often the case. This definition holds only for permanent (as opposed to temporary) business ventures.
