by Rachel Ann Rados (Author)
This book is my journey of preparing for a shot at the Ironman 140.6 triathlon following the advice of experts and more importantly mortals. I want to provide quick reference insight I have learned through those who have crossed that line. I will let professional coaches provide details on the three known disciplines (swim, bike, run). This book will focus on the three other disciplines that if mastered can push any amateur triathlete across that coveted finish line. This book allows the reader to journey with me as I tackle the other three disciplines (nutrition, planning, and mental preparation) long before I lace up those shoes.
