This is a book about a family and how they learn colors together in the neighborhood where they live. There are two sisters and a mother .

The older sister Kayla is 8 years old and the younger sister Demarri is 4 years old. When Kayla was younger she suffered with a hearing problem which caused her to learn American sign language ASL to better communicate and learn as she attended school.

Kayla loves interacting with her little sister and her little sister Demarri loves learning new things with Kayla.
