It takes just a little bit of your time and you don't have to be in the kitchen all day to produce a dish. I was born in Danville, Virginia, and I moved to New Jersey and then retired to Apex, NC. I enjoy cooking and experimenting with my ancestors dishes. It gives me joy to see the expression on individuals' faces when they bite into a succulent dish that is cooked by me.
