This work - and the two books of the trilogy to follow - is how I write and understand poetry. It represents so many life experiences - success, pride, danger, addiction, love, competition, truth, failure, laughter, disappointment, fun, mystery, hope and the death of so many relatives, friends and Marine and journalism colleagues. Author Biography
Glenn Proctor is the retired executive editor of the Richmond (VA) Times-Dispatch, completing a journalism career spanning 40 years. He shared in the Pulitzer Prize at the Akron Beacon Journal and taught at Kent State and Washington and Lee Universities. A career and life coach, leadership trainer and media strategist, he lives in North Carolina.
