Dagger has lab-enhanced abilities to aid him in unusual cases that seem to plague his life. Sara Morningsky is a shapeshifter. She can shift into a hawk or wolf which aids Dagger in his cases. A case this bizarre is right up their alley, but he isn't about ready to share it with another detective team. Headstrong Chase Dagger doesn't trust ex-FBI agent Jake Mitchell.
