Dr. Tony Evans is one of the most respected pastors in America. The first African American to graduate with a doctoral degree from Dallas Theological Seminary, he is the senior pastor of Oak Cliff Bible Fellowship and president of the Urban Alternative. Dr. Evans lives in Dallas, Texas.
