by Elizabeth Ley O'Brien (Author)
A simply written how to work book which teaches the formulas that are used in basic sweater design. Knitters will learn how to take proper measurements, start with the basics of sweater design and turn their own ideas into wearable garments. This book is easy to follow even for the beginning knitter. Neckline variations are also shown.
Elizabeth has a BS and an MS in Home Economics. She has been teaching for many years and is an expert in knitting, design and teaching. She was born in the Chicago area and has lived in the City for many years. She is the former owner of Elizabeth's Knit Shop also in Chicago. She has 2 daughters (who unfortunately do not knit) and a 5 pound yorkie, Lexi (who also does not knit). Next to knitting her favorite thing to do is to teach knitting. She is available to teach for your show, group or guild.

A small yet very thoughtful devotional book. A beautiful way to promote seeing God everyday in everything.
Bought as a gift for someone who worked on dams. They loved it. Great resource book. Very big and all inclusive.
