Author Biography

Jason A. Kaufman, Ph.D., Ed.D., is a professor of educational leadership and director of the institutional review board at Minnesota State University, Mankato and a licensed psychologist. His research explores the intersection of mind-body medicine and ecopsychology. His writing focuses on leadership development and space policy. He also co-hosts the podcast Dice in Mind. Aaron M. Peterson is an assistant professor of leadership and director of the doctorate in professional leadership at Converse University. His research explores conflict engagement best practices for higher educational leaders, students, and also the private sector.
