It's not so much about grammar as it is about examples of how things are said, divided into topics. It will help you speak more confidently about each of the topics. You do not need to listen to the podcast to learn from this book. The podcast, on the other hand, is the audio for this book and it contains information about Norway, it's culture, how to find work there and how to integrate.
