Dad has lost his job, so Mom must go back to work and Baylee and Glenn are sent to spend the summer with Nana Bea and Grandpa Henry in California. Concerned that they might never be together again, Baylee must find a way to keep her family together. Nana Bea tells them stories of leprechauns from her childhood in Ireland, and all too soon they find out that the "wee people" are real. Baylee decides to find the leprechaun's pot of gold so that she can save her family. The summer is filled with fun and laughter as the two leprechauns get into all kinds of trouble and Baylee and Glenn are along for the ride. The children must use their heads and a little leprechaun magic to save the day and keep themselves and the leprechauns safe.
