Lara Bricker is a former private detective, criminal defense investigator, and author of true crime book Lie After Lie. For more than 15 years she worked as a writer and reporter, appearing in publications such as the Boston Globe, Woman's World, and the Portsmouth Herald, and received awards from the New Hampshire Press Association and the New England Newspaper & Press Association.
