This book is dedicated to everyone I have met and have grown to love, both family and friends. It was a struggle placing each word one after the other. A good amount of this book was written in my lowest state, when I made my bed wet with my tears. I hope that everyone mentally ill or otherwise will be able to find comfort from the words I have written.
