Author Biography

Healthy Living blogger and event organizer Roni published her first cookbook in 2011 based on the recipes she shared on her food blog GreenLiteBites.com while continuing to post new, creative and light food ideas on the blog. In 2014, inspired by her two sons, Roni wrote her first children's book, Little Bean's Funderwear Day!In it she shares her technique for potty training with a fun story for 2 and 3 year olds. Roni lives in Maryland with her husband and two boys. She's doing one of three things at this very moment: blogging, cooking or traveling.
