Little Ip lives in Iptopia where everything is perfect and all the ips who live there are happy. Like the other ips, she wants to know how to get a magnificent robe like the one worn by King Ip. The robes can only be obtained in The Land of Contrasts where many ips will become villains. King Ip cannot allow ips who have become villains to return without creating conflict in Iptopia. Little Ip wants to help her friends get their robes of magnificence and return to Iptopia, but she cannot do it all by herself.
