In this book I talk about how trauma affects young children. Trauma can happen at any age and has life long after affects. Even babies who have not yet even been born yet can be affected by trauma.

Trauma can affect child development on many different levels. Children who are so young who experience trauma have a hard time understanding what has happened to them. They are not able to process their emotions to be able to effectively cope with what has happened to them. For this reason, counseling is the key to recovery. Even at such a young age.

In this book I want share the way trauma affects young children and what to do to help these young children recover from trauma they have experienced. Children from a young age can learn coping skills to help them with the big feelings they are feeling.
