Ever walk into a situation feeling ready to rock, excited, confident, energized and then WHAM these little thoughts creep into your mind and pick away at your knowing?
You know the ones, "who are you to do this?" Or "you're too X, Y, Z for that!" Or "you're not smart enough, pretty enough, tall enough, short enough" fill-in-the-blank with whatever you don't have "enough-ness" of. Oh yeah, they can totally derail you, and throw you off track!! They shift your energy, which shifts your experience of the world around you and how you show up for it. Definitely not the voice of truth - the voice of the magnificently made, born for a purpose, divine creation you are!! These thoughts came from some experience that put a jar around your expansive greatness.
Listening to those buggers is like 'entertaining negativity'. But we all do it sometimes!! Little Miss Negative an adult storybook about what would happen if we actually took that little negative voice out to dinner!
